Recommended: Every 100 – 150 hours of operation

Service Included: Removal, cleaning, repair and replacement of the cylinder,
cylinder head assembly, handwheel assembly, injector assembly and associated
components, and condenser assembly.
Duration: 3 days on-site
Accordance with: ASTM methods D613
Recommended: Every 500 – 1000 hours of operation
Service Included: Complete stripping, cleaning, replacing of old bushing, shafts,
gears and installation of bushing, all new gears, crankshaft, cam shaft, balancing shaft and connecting rod, new seals and gaskets.
Duration: 5 days on-site
Accordance with: Operation & Maintenance Manual
Recommended: Every 10 years, unless issues arise
Service Included: Stripping and cleaning of carburettor bowl, fuel selecting valve, and carburettor. Replacement of vertical jet, float pin, fuel valve, float pin and gaskets related to bowl and carburetor assembly.
