We offer you the choice of three plans: two high deductible plans and a basic POS plan, which include:

  • Premiums for single coverage as low as $47.79 every two weeks

  • Preventive care covered at 100%

  • $850 and $1,750 employer HSA contribution for single and family coverage respectively

  • Support to participants who wish to lose weight, quit tobacco or better manage their health

We offer you the choice of two plans:  

  • $1,000 total annual benefit and $1,250 annual benefit

  • 90% and 100% preventive care coverage respectfully

  • Oral surgery, major services, and dependent child orthodontics covered at 50%

  • $1,000 benefit plan completely employer paid

  • Routine eye exam coverage every 12 months with copay

  • Prescription lenses, contacts and frames every 12 months with $15 copay

  • 100% employer paid

Employees can contribute pre-tax and/or Roth to a wide array of mutual funds. CFR offers a 401(k) match of 4%, which is 100% vested upon deposit each pay period.

Life insurance is an important part of your financial security, especially if others depend on you for support. CFR provides life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment coverage at no cost to you. Supplemental coverage is also available as a voluntary benefit.

At no cost to you, CFR provides disability coverage that protects your income if you miss work due to a qualified accident or injury.  Supplemental coverage is available as a voluntary benefit.
