Product Training

CFR Engines Inc. is excited to announce the 2024 End User training schedule. Classes will be held in the newly built Training Center at the CFR Factory Headquarters in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The state-of-the-art Training Center is equipped with two fully functional engines (Octane and Cetane) for operational training, as well as a wide array of tools and components for maintenance training.

All classes will be instructed by John Raditz, our Technical Training Manager. With over 5 years of CFR experience and over 20 years of experience on vehicle engines, he is responsible for the CFR Global Training Program. John works closely with end users, distributors, and experienced internal service and engineering staff to support and manage servicing and training on all CFR Engine platforms.

Classes will be held based on the attendance of at least 5 students. Classes that do not have sufficient attendance will be moved to the next available date or attendees have the option to cancel. Decisions on cancellation due to lack of attendance will be made 60 days prior to the start of class. We suggest all attendees purchase refundable tickets in the event a class is cancelled.

Monday of the following week and end on Thursday to accommodate traveling on the weekends. Each course is $1,850.00

In addition CFR provides instruction on the theory behind fuel testing and proper understanding of how to apply the octane and cetane test methods. Students are given a test at the end of each course attended with the intent to have students demonstrate their understanding and earn appropriate recognition for their knowledge.

Each training course offered by CFR is designed to be an immersive four-day experience. Visiting students stay at a nearby hotel and actively participate in training Monday through Thursday, with return travel Friday. Each student receives supplemental training materials for use during the course and to take back to the workplace. These materials include the latest version of all CFR-related ASTM test methods, CFR training course material, associated CFR Operations and Maintenance Manual, CFR Special Tools Catalog, and CFR product literature.

As an alternative, CFR can also provide quotes for on-site training courses. This may be a viable option for organizations based on availability and facility needs.
